Summary: Check in was easy and quick, room was fine. Breakfast was busy with hardly any hot food, girls were trying to tidy things and reheat food but we did not want to wait any longer.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, loved the room, comfortable and clean, quiet. Pool was great, clean! We didn’t use the hot tub but I did look and can tell you it was quite clean as well. Breakfast could have been better - scrambled eggs were watered down or possibly boil-in-a-bag variety. No cream for coffee-milk was the only choice. Still using disposable utensils and plates - so much more eco-friendly to use washable kitchen-wear.

Summary: The spa was all broken, the ramp for the pool was broken and shaking. And the floor of the pool was slippery 6 people fall and hurt themself :( . But the staff was the best. The room old but it was great.

Summary: The room was separated with a door (a nice surprise!) between the "master bed" and the living room with the sofa bed, so it was ideal for a family of four! My kiddos even stayed in bed longer than they usually do! Win! Our room was very nice, clean and spacious, but the pool area was extremely dangerous with ceramic floors all around. We even wondered if that was legal!! With the kids, even just walking around ("Don't run!!") ended up in a couple falls on the bum - could have been worse... It would be much safer to have some tiles of a rougher surface around the pool itself.
